REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Cancellation Terms

1.1. Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) and acknowledged by our office.

1.2. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive and confirm your cancellation request.

2. Cancellation Charges

2.1. The following charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • More than 30 days before departure : 10% of the total trip cost or a flat administrative fee (whichever is higher).
  • 15-30 days before departure : 25% of the total trip cost.
  • 7-14 days before departure : 50% of the total trip cost..
  • Less than 7 days before departure : 100% of the total trip cost (no refund).
3. Non-Refundable Components

3.1. Certain trip components, including but not limited to flight tickets, permits, or advance-paid accommodation, may be non-refundable, depending on the supplier's policy.

3.2. Any such non-refundable costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

4.1. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4.2. If the rescheduling request is made less than 14 days before departure, cancellation fees may still apply.

5. Cancellations by the Travel Agency

5.1. If we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will offer:

  • A full refund (excluding non-refundable components) or
  • An alternative trip of comparable value, subject to your acceptance.
6. Travel Insurance

6.1. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential losses due to cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.

7. Refund Process

7.1. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days of the cancellation request being approved.

7.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The agency shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
